On March 18th, the 22nd Citadelles Du Vin competition, which has attracted much attention from the wine and spirits industry, came to an end. A total of 24 countries participated in the competition. Duc de Fugue Cognac has won two important medals in the competition. In the fierce competition with 832 sample selected from all over the world, the products of Duc de Fugue Cognac stood out in the competition, two of which won 2 gold medals. Even in such difficult times, the winery cannot be stopped from winning. The winning products are:

The 22nd Citadelles du Vin edition has been held from 12 to 14 March in Bourg-sur-Gironde near Bordeaux. Concours des Vins (CDV), the event organizer, aims to promote the diversity and quality of wines and spirits from around the world every year. For 3 days, no less than 40 international judges are invited to reward the most remarkable wines from a set of 1,000 samples from around thirty countries. The best wines are awarded the competition medals and, for some, also a Special Prize. Entirely independent, Citadelles du Vin stands out thanks to the strictness of its organization. Because it goes through a rigorous and fair selection process each year to select the winner. 本届（第 22 届）国际葡萄酒及蒸馏酒竞赛已于 2022 年 3 月 12 日至 14 日在波尔多附近的 Bourg-sur-Gironde 举行。活动组织者 Concours des Vins (CDV) 与往年一样，旨在促进来自世界各地的葡萄酒和烈酒的多样性和质量。在为期 3 天的时间里，邀请不少于 40 位国际评委，从来自大约 30 个国家/地区的 1,000 个样品中选出最出色的葡萄酒和烈酒进行品鉴。国际葡萄酒及蒸馏酒竞赛（Citadelles du Vin）的组织性非常严格，是完全独立的，所以这个奖项才会在众多奖项中脱颖而出。它每一年都会经过公正和严格的评选，来选出获胜者。

All along, Cognac has been known as “the world’s best brandy synonym”. The rules of origin controlled by AOC in France, which strictly unify the high standards of cognac in grape planting, distillation technology and cellaring year. The most importance is the unique natural conditions of Cognac area, to grow the best grapes for brandy. Since 1900, the French government issued a decree to limit the geographical boundary of the Cognac area, and explicitly stipulated that only brand distilled from grapes planted in the Cognac area an be named “Cognac”, which is prohibited in any region or country. This rule has been recognized and authorized by most countries and regions.
一直以来，干邑被称作“世界上最优质白兰地的代名词”。一方面是因为法国AOC原产地控制法严格统一了干邑在葡萄种植、蒸馏工艺和窖藏年份上的高标准。另一方面，也是最重要的：唯有干邑地区独特的风土，才能孕育出最好的白兰地葡萄。早在1900年法国政府就颁布法令限定了干邑地区的地理边界，并且明文规定：只有采用干邑地区出产的葡萄酿制的白兰地，才能命名为“Cognac”，其它任何地区或国家都禁止使用这个名字。至今，这条法令已被绝大多数国家认可，具有一定权威性。
In 1789, the first batch of cognac from Duc de Fugue winery was successfully distilled in the Grand Champagne area (known as the “top production area”）. After more than two hundred years pass on from generation to generation, the best cognac has been preserved, which is left to later generations to be mixed into a wonderful champagne cognac. The annual output of Duc de Fugue winery is about 1,000,000 bottles of eau-de-vie, with a total planting area of 200 hectares.
1789年，帝佛卡酒庄的第一批干邑在顶级产区——大香槟区（享有“顶级产区”的光环之称）成功蒸馏诞生。经过两百多年的代代相传，酒庄贮存下来最好的干邑，留给后人调配成最美妙的优质香槟干邑。帝佛卡酒庄（Duc de Fugue）每年约生产1,000,000瓶生命之水，共计200公顷种植面积。
